Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Prices, promotions, and offers may change from time to time. Confirmed orders are processed at the price shown at the time of checkout, and promotions are not applied retroactively to past orders.
To start a Return
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@raftelmart.com. We may request photos or videos to quickly verify the issue.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and drop-off/pickup details. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we confirm a defect or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost and the original delivery cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. In case of a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the delivery fees, including the original delivery fee and the return delivery fee. We also cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item for inspection; once approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (Wish Money)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be sent via Wish Money transfer within 3 business days, so you can withdraw the cash easily. Refunds are issued for the returned item amount; delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or wrong item.
