Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Lebanon only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation once your order is handed to the courier.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather, or remote locations.
Shipping Fees
We offer a flat delivery fee of 4$ nationwide.
Free shipping on orders above 40$.
Any additional charges for remote areas (if applicable) will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We accept Cash on Delivery only. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at delivery. If you are not available, the courier will attempt redelivery. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned and canceled.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@raftelmart.com or via WhatsApp at +961 81682075. Address changes may delay dispatch.
Tracking & Notifications
We will notify you when your order is dispatched. Depending on the courier, you may receive a tracking link or a call before delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please inform the courier immediately and contact us at support@raftelmart.com or on WhatsApp at +961 81682075. For defects or wrong items, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal, we can reship it upon request; additional delivery fees may apply.
